Pilates

We offer a range of Physiotherapy-led Pilates guided by clinical expertise to suit your ability and needs.

Pilates improves strength, posture, flexibility and confidence in movement with individual modifications to suit injuries or long term conditions such as low back pain. Ideal for rehabilitation, injury prevention and long-term joint health.

I currently offer classes at Charsfield Village Hall and New Street Market in Woodbridge. I also offer 1:1 or 2:1 Pilates at Vida Haus wellbeing centre in Pettistree.

Delivering Pilates in welcoming spaces where people can connect over food and conversation supports both physical health and overall wellbeing.
