Ruth is extremely knowledgable in the health of the body and after having spinal surgery I felt very confident in Ruth’s advice and started 1:1 Pilates with her. She gave me confidence and I soon became able to join her weekly classes, it’s given me motivation and also has greatly improved my mobility!

I saw Ruth about my 'grumbling' knee.
She was very thorough,reassuring, the medication and exercise plan she gave me have been successful in reducing the pain and increasing mobility.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ruth if you have any joint pain/ mobility issues.

We're really enjoying this class, which is pitched just right so that individuals can choose what level of comfort or challenge they want in the movements and exercises. A great way to start the day!

Ruth is a fantastic Pilates teacher. Her classes are varied and interesting, they flow well, allowing you to immerse yourself in an hour to yourself. She caters to all abilities and class numbers are small so you don't feel lost in a sea of bodies! The added bonus is that she is a qualified Physiotherapist so you always feel in safe hands. Thank you Ruth for wonderful classes.

Professional, friendly and highly effective. Both the Pilates and physio sessions (with acupuncture) have made a huge difference to my strength and movement. The classes are great as Ruth always gives clear instructions how to modify if you want more make the exercises more or less challenging. My back is feeling better every day. Definitely recommend!

I always enjoy Ruth's pilates classes in Charsfield. She manages to combine a really good work out with the perfect amount of relaxation to wind down after a busy day. The classes are really helping towards building back my strength after a prolapsed disc. Highly recommend Ruth's classes to anyone wanting to regain their core strength.

Great friendly Pilates class, Ruth communicates well and very clearly during the lesson. I’ve found my core strength, muscle tone and posture greatly improved overall since starting Pilates, which has greatly improved my confidence in exercising. I would highly recommend this class to anyone starting out in exercise to anyone wanting to add to there exercise regime.
